Let the Insulation Go!

Although we are only noticing small changes, they are such big steps. Our home was insulated and I told the kids that if they wanted to stay out there, the home would keep them as warm (its 100' most days right now) as they'd like to be. 

My little one asked about the doors and windows??!!.. I explained beggars can not be choosers and that we were not there yet. It was decided that maybe we should NOT sleep out at the lot. 

They mentioned windows were due in and they should be in SOON! 

Not much to write about today. But I did want to point out as new steps are done to build our dream home prices are increased for our interest only loan. 

When our loan started it was ONLY the land and we were paying for and the preparing of the site. So our monthly was $100 or so. Flatwork came in
