A place to drive

Not to be confused with a DRIVEWAY.  But a path that has been pat down by more wheels and dump trucks and gosh knows what else. But it has created a more likely path to one day be followed by a permanent drive way. 

I say it this way because my Texas husband, the Truck loving, cowboy boot wearing, tobacco spitting (kidding... this one just rhymed. We live tobacco free, it's the way to be). Whips his 2500 Ram up those 5 inch rocks like it's no ones business. While this petite little Mini Cooper that I drive, Luna, well she doesn't handle boulders and air flat tires can only go so far... 

But, another one step toward our twelve step recovery (I mean completion 😉 ). 

As we are waiting on the clearing of the lot, culvert and the foundation will begin!

Wish us luck. WE WILL NEED IT. 

Timeline for us: 

• We closed on the BOYL construction loan in SEPTEMBER of 21
• Utilities were added
• Temporary DRIVEWAY added early February 22
